RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return the goods to us provided we receive the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us immediately within this time limit, stating the reason for the return to [email protected]

Please note: To be able to return the product(s) to us you will need to take reasonable care of it, i.e., the product(s) must be unmarked and show no evidence of use other than to initially try the garment on and when trying on the item(s) please make sure there are no strong smells of perfume/deodorant.

Original P&P is non-refundable.

In the event that the product is faulty or is sent as a result of our error a full refund, including P&P, will be given.

CANCELLATIONS:

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations the buyer has the right to cancel the order for any item purchased from This Is Me, for a full refund (P&P not included). Order cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of placing the order.

If the product has been dispatched and received during this time the goods should be sent back to the returns address on the package in their original condition within 14 days of receipt including any free gifts that came with the product.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the product using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods otherwise we will charge you for the full amount of the product(s).

HAND PAINTED ORDERS:

An exception to this cancellation policy is if a custom hand painted product is ordered, e.g., The Vine T-shirt, Jesus Is Alive etc. We will wait a full 7 days before starting work to allow for cancellations. After the 7 day cancellation period there can be no cancellations or returns due to the nature of the product.

If however you decide to waive the 7 day cancellation period, e.g., you want the work to start immediately, then at that point you will loose your right to cancel the order at any time. This option will be communicated with the buyer via email.
